Bukan beras pulut. Bukan beras biasa. Beras glutinous. (: Pakai beras SUMO paket 1kg tu, harga dalam RM9-10. Nampak tak dalam first picture, kat belakang Sushi Seasoning tu? That’s the rice.

frankly, mase kite buat sushi tu terigt kat Saffa. sbb penah baca entry pasal sushi y saffa makan( kt stall somewhere kt thailand kot). Mase tu cm terigt. Saffa suka sushi.

Sushi anda nampak hancur(dari segi rupa)…punca? rapuh, gulung tak ketat, jadi jejaskan potongan buat dia nampak tak solid. potong nipis pun antara punca rasanya. buat sendiri? nori beli mane? apepun nice work and nice kanitama maki sushi. :)

Boleh guna beras biasa juga kalau xda beras glutinous… Tp xberapa sedap… Guna beras biasa tambah cuka jepun…Lau xda cuka jepun…Guna cuka beras…cuka buatan xsedap…
