Day 54 : DSLR, Photography & Me

My eldest sister recently jump on the DSLR bandwagon. She bought Nikon D3100.

I’ve absolutely no comment on those things such as which DSLR is the best and which brand should you go for. Owning a DSLR (Sony Alpha 500) recently and knowing the ‘photography’ for almost two years have made me more ‘mature’ and understanding about DSLR and photography.

Why people go for DSLR? Why DSLR is so everywhere?

For my eldest sister, who love travelling with her family ; having a DSLR is a must. She had a great and wonderful trips. But the pictures taken during the trips were so unflattering. So, she wanted something that can give her more & ultimate satisfaction. Which is a DSLR. DSLR supposed to produce better picture and give her more control compared to compact camera.

And I believe that’s what most of people perceive about the DSLR nowadays. (more…)
