Book : Hide & Seek

Completed another book few days ago. Hide & Seek by Clare Sambrook.

The novel deals with with the sudden loss of a child, Harry Pickles’s little brother and how the family cope with the mysterious disappearance from the narration of Harry Pickles, a nine year old ordinary boy.

I love the narration. It feel so real as if I was there, listening and observing what is happening around Harry Pickles.

However, there times when I’m a bit lost. I just dont understand what the childrens or Harry Pickles are talking about and what are they doing, it just too real you know, you dont understand the childrens because they blabber. That’s the problem I had when I read this book. Sometimes, Harry Pickles talk in alien language. Kids.

Other than that, it was amazing and unique. (:
