What I Had For Dinner

Went back home yesterday, for a while, less than half day! But it was indescribable. Seeing my parents laugh, hearing stupid jokes & remarks from my family, make up for the limited time that I had with my family.

And I cooked Tom Yam when I was at my parents’s Kedai Makan. Wanted to cook more things! But my stomach was bloated from eating Kangkung Goreng Belacan and Tom Yam. I must say that I need to practice cooking back! Forgotten almost all the recipes. Been a while since the last time I cook (excluding spaghetti & chicken soup).

As usual, we went to my brother’s friend’s restaurant at Selayang before dropping me off back at UIA. Ate steak & som tam!

Why cant we have them in UIA? :/

I Ran For The President

And I lose terribly. HAHA. Malu betul! Like seriously malu gila okayy. =.=”

I dont mind losing. Seriously! It’s not like I really want this position. The former BBA President asked me to participate and gave me the form, so, I just yeah, why not. Isi jer lah borang tu kan.

Things happen really fast. From the meeting, filling the form, the interview, speaker corner and such and then the Annual Grand Meeting. Everything was within a week! Haha. Cant believe that I ran for the President. Freaking President for BBA council.

It was not until the election poster was plastered all over the Kulliyah that I realised how big it is. Luckily people dont really care much about this whole election thing. I think. Stress sebenarnya bila tengok poster bersepah dekat Kulliyyah tu. :/

And honestly, it was during the AGM that I finally realised how big this responsibility is. Being a President would require that person to be able to speak well, as in stand in front of people and speak! Mingle around with people and such. And me? Geez. I can not do that!

I’m awfully awkward with a lot of my classmates. Memang susah lah kalau jadi President. And as a girl, I dont expect to win over a male contestant.

Never the less, it was fun. And this gonna be a joke for the rest of my life. HAHA.

Uplift My Spirit

The past few days has been a very tiring days.

I just finished my Malaysian Business Law mid semester exam paper yesterday evening. So. One more paper to go! Finance Management. Doesnt end there though. There are group assignments, case study and such. What a life!

Despite all the “Ah. Stress!” thingy, the whining about this and that, I actually love studying. I think. It’s fun when you understand things that you learn, discover new knowledge and able to apply it in the daily life.

Even more fun when after all the hard work, you get what you deserve. That satisfaction. Is indescribable. And all the depression. “Aku nak kahwin”. “Nak terjun tingkapppp”. Was just a phase.

Studying is addictive. When there’s no pressure tho.

Anyways, I just watched Paradise Kiss. A japanese movie which is based on a manga. Love it love it love it so much. Fall in love with the hero. Haha. Watching a good movie is all I need to uplift my spirit back. Now. Whateva it is. Bring it on.

Because I Whine Too Much

Such an unproductive week for me. :/

It’s Easier

Maybe for some people, it’s easier to put the whole blame on the lecturer for what happened this morning. As for me, I blame myself for not studying hard enough.

Getting set A or set B should not matter much if I study hard enough isnt it?

But still. Sir, I feel betrayed. How could you do that.
